We are seeking an organized and proactive Event Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee day-to-day operations. This role is key in ensuring the smooth execution of all operational aspects, from scheduling and logistics to crowd management.

• Coordinate transportation and logistics for event staff and participants
• Ensure seamless execution of race day schedules and event timelines
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and

• Manage event setup and breakdown operations
