We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- List, market, and promote properties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant market insights.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
Skills
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales role (UAE real estate experience preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals (e.g., Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder).
Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Hindi are a plus).
