Innovative Solutions (IS) is a leading pure-player Cybersecurity company in the GCC established in 2003, headquartered in Riyadh with a presence in Al Khobar, Jeddah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and trend analysis.
- Formulate and implement strategic account plans focused on revenue growth and client retention.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality Cybersecurity services and solutions on time.
- Conduct engaging presentations and meetings with clients to effectively communicate the value of IS's offerings.
- Provide regular forecasts, reports, and updates on account performance and activities.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Cybersecurity to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the Cybersecurity or IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing key relationships.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
