Job Description

• Lead and oversee architectural projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficient project execution.
• Review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays or issues.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to architectural plans.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management and clients.
