JASARA PMC is excited to announce an opening for a Project Manager - Realm and Landscape. As a leading joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are focused on elevating the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs that align with Vision 2030. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex landscape and realm projects within our portfolio, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources specifically for realm and landscape projects.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with overall objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within landscape and realm development.
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
