Job Description

• Strictly adhere to company safety and quality standards, including SMETA SCHR and DQMP guidelines.
• Load and unload goods from trucks or containers, accurately receiving and recording quantities in the WMS.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against delivery documents.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and the condition of received goods.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow FIFO and FEFO inventory principles, and update stock records accurately in system.
• Perform picking tasks precisely as per instructions generated by the WMS.
• Verify product codes, descriptions, and expiry dates when picking orders. Pick products accurately according to pick lists and palletize them for dispatch.
• Handle goods carefully during picking to prevent damage or mix-ups. Safely transport picked items to the staging or dispatch area on time.
• Comply with all health and safety policies, including proper usage of PPE.
• Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure proper functioning and promptly report any issues or faults. Immediately report any accidents, near misses, or unsafe behavior to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area at all times.

Skills

• Minimum High School Certificate
• Minimum 2-year experience in Warehouse Operations
• Must be at least 22 years old
• Can read, write and understand English
