Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls Manager to join our team
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide leadership for planning and scheduling, progress measurement, risk management, change management and reporting for the entire project.
Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to planning & risk staff, interface with clients, and attend regular meetings.
Develop, implement, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, systems, and tools and monitor compliance.
Arrange project controls workshops/meetings to discuss and assist contractors/consultants to close their project control issues.
Develop a Master Schedule integrating multiple packages considering their interdependencies to identify and reflect the impact of one schedule/project on others.
Review and convey PMC's and Engineer's consent to the Contractors' Baseline schedule of works in line with Contract conditions, and using Parsons Recommended Practices.
Validation of compatibility of project resources for timely completion of the project.
Strong foreseeability to identify the potential risks/conflicts, and document them in the Project Risk Register.
Evaluate & verify the planning and scheduling information from the updated / progress schedules. Identify the potential areas of delay/slippage, highlight the critical events & suggest mitigation measures / corrective actions / robust recovery plan.
