Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Design Manager to join our team In this role you will get to deliver transformative projects in Abu Dhabi.
You will be responsible for overseeing the technical design aspects of wet Utilities management systems for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
A degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline with 10 years plus of experience working on stormwater and wet infrastructure projects.
An ability to work in a collaborative team
An ability to articulate proposed solutions and present these at a senior level when required
Previous experience of working in a technical capacity on wet infrastructure programs and projects
Responsibilities
Working closely with the PM team to help define scope and strategy
Developing proposals for the delivery of technical wet infrastructure solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for junior engineers and team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
Encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team
Skills
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical information to senior clients and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
