Qualifications
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
- CSCS Accreditation - Black (or equivalent).
- NVQ Level 3 Gold Card (or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Coordinates HSW and environmental logistics in line with client and contractor expectations; manages budgets and costs.
- Drives service innovation, monitors quality, and explores alternative delivery methods.
- Plans and tracks logistics supplier activities, reviews scope changes, and recommends improvements.
- Prepares weekly progress summaries, 6-week lookaheads, and workforce timesheets.
- Raises RFIs, EWNs, and WRSs, liaising with the commercial manager for resolution.
- Attends programme meetings, managing scope changes and aligning with site teams.
- Delivers monthly progress and performance reports, flagging issues and outstanding actions.
- Manages site operations and workforce, ensuring safety, competence, and compliance.
- Leads daily briefings and delivery scheduling, keeping Tier 1 suppliers informed and aligned.
- Monitors waste, traffic, and assets, improving productivity and coordinating site cleaning and equipment tracking.
