Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize capability control systems and field instruments
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in industrial operations
Ensure reliability of field communication systems
Maximize system availability across PLC, SCADA, and related communication platforms
Support plant operations through effective control system diagnostics
Implement modifications to improve system performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in control systems
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in control systems engineering, preferably within the mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing sectors.
Proven experience with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems programming and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of industrial automation, instrumentation, and process control.
Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations in industrial environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience with system integration, commissioning, and maintenance of control systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
Willingness to work on-site in an open workplace arrangement as required.
