Job Description

• Prepare competitive bids for new projects.
• Managing the planning and design stages of engineering projects.
• Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
• Overseeing all project stages from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs.
• Conduct daily research to determine project requirements.
• Prepare realistic project schedule 
• Performing cost estimations and preparing project budgets.
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Preparing Monthly reports that show executive position for the workflow, Cost & Budget and Variation Order.
• Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers.
• Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports, and records.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design or a related field
• Experience working on projects similar in size and scope to the ones your company handles

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, including space planning, furniture layout, lighting design, and color theory
• Experience with materials selection and specification for interior finishes
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices
• Experience with concept development, rendering, and visualization techniques
• Additional proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software like SketchUp or 3ds Max (preferred)
