Job Description

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for switchgear low voltage panels
2. Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.
3. Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities, and work with the production team to resolve them promptly.
4. Commissioning & start up for all of L.V Panels (PLC, MCC’s, Deep sea, ComAp…ect)
5. Programming and troubleshooting of all Control panels.
6. Interior Quality checklist of the manufactured panels.
7. Quality assurance and control (routine tests).
8. Conduct Dielectric test to ensure copper insulation.
9. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities
10. After sales service.
11. Preparing Manufacture Workshop Drawings (S.L.D-Panel Layout-Power circuits-Control circuits) for Production Area if needed.
12. Attending all trainings required at Schneider-Electric Egypt.

Site visit for commissioning and start up or trouble shooting

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the electrical or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with low voltage panels, switchgear, and related testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test results.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and quality management software.
• Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
