Job Description

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our team and support project operations by developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules and ensuring resources are efficiently utilized.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera / MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure work progress is aligned with the baseline schedule.
• Prepare progress reports, delay analysis, and recovery plans when required.
• Monitor resource allocation and productivity.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
