• Transfer accounts to ECOM online platform
• Detect and register new potential customers
• Sell all potential customers
• Handle customer complaints
• Prepare QRAs for customers
• Enter customer orders into JDE system
• Submit daily collection
• Issue returns for quality issue products
• Report customer problems to team leader
