We are seeking a seasoned hotel sales professional to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel's sales team initiatives, including planning and executing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and growth. sales volume through effective techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the hotel's sales team initiatives, maximizing revenue and growth through effective planning and execution.
- Direct revenue-generating activities in accordance with the business plan, driving new business for the hotel and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and demonstrating excellent standards and sales productivity.
- A commercially astute, multi-tasker who is motivated by challenge and driven to increase productivity and sales volume through
