Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid as an Order Support specialist for an Online Shopping Account Wave 3. The Order Support specialist will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, handling customer inquiries, and
providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include order management, order processing, and addressing any issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
