Job Description

Human Resources

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding).
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Support performance appraisal processes and training programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company regulations.

 

Administration

• Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized working environment.
• Manage office supplies, contracts with service providers, and facilities.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Support senior management with administrative tasks and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and personnel data.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR and office administration roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
