Responsibilities

• Compliance with Execution Strategy
• Review the Developer's and Main Contractor's overall execution strategy for the site including environmental plan, phasing and sequencing, logistics, safety plan, security, quality control and handover.
• Responsible for managing & monitoring the work of the construction contractors and suppliers at 4 different Sites.
• Review Developer's processes for auditing the performance and attenadance of the Contractors at Site
• Review daily and weekly reports monitoring the status of materials, labour, equipment, resources, and ensure that the work complies with the method statements and policies agreed with the Client.
• Review the Developer's site logistics plan, and coordination plan , including site operations such as access, materials handling, storage, site accommodation, welfare, utilities, fire services and medical facilities.
• Quality Assurance / Control measures: Mechanisms, audit and procedures establishing & implementing a system of quality assurance / control to ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with the specification and quality assurance / control procedures. Responsible for advising on the need for independent testing services.
