Job Summary:
he Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the marketing strategies across companies in Egypt and KSA. This role is responsible for organizing marketing campaigns, managing calendars, coordinating between internal departments and external vendors, and ensuring timely implementation of all marketing initiatives. The role serves as a bridge between planning and execution, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and real-time updates on campaign progress.
Job Description:
- Coordinate internal communication among the marketing team
- Support in preparing marketing calendars and timelines
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns (offline and digital)
- Track progress of ongoing campaigns and generate performance reports
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners
- Maintain marketing documentation and filing system
- Prepare briefing sheets and follow-ups for events and activations
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends
- Ensure alignment of all assets with brand guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
- Experience as marketing coordinator form 1 - 3 years
- Experience in marketing coordination or project support roles in medium to large organizations or agencies, ideally in a regional or multi-brand environment.
- Marketing or Digital Marketing Certificate (preferred)
- Project coordination or communication training (a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and timelines · Fast learner with adaptability in cross-cultural settings.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
