الملخص الوظيفي

1. Risk Management & Assessment:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management frameworks and procedures.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize project risks using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Coordinate risk assessment workshops and facilitate risk identification sessions.
  • Maintain project risk registers and ensure regular risk review processes.


2. Risk Mitigation & Response Planning:

  • Develop risk response strategies including mitigation, avoidance, transfer, and acceptance plans.
  • Coordinate implementation of risk mitigation measures across projects.
  • Monitor risk response effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Establish contingency plans and emergency response procedures.


3. Change Management & Control:

  • Establish and maintain change management processes and change control boards.
  • Review, evaluate, and process change requests from project stakeholders.
  • Assess change impact on project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Coordinate change implementation and communicate changes to affected parties.


4. Compliance & Monitoring:

  • Ensure compliance with aviation industry risk management standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project performance against risk thresholds and change control limits.
  • Conduct regular risk and change management audits and assessments.
  • Maintain documentation of all risk and change management activities.


5. Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare risk and change management reports for PMO manager and stakeholders.
  • Present risk assessments and change impact analyses to project teams.
  • Facilitate risk and change management training for project team members.
  • Coordinate communication of risks and changes across the organization.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk management and change control.
  • Knowledge of risk management methodologies and frameworks (PMBOK).
  • Knowledge with aviation projects and understanding of aviation industry regulations.
  • Professional risk management certification (PMI-RMP, CRISC) is preferred.
