This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients, developing long-term partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day tasks include project management, coordinating internal teams, managing client communications, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires strategic planning, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications

- Project Management and Coordination skills
- Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task effectively
- Experience in the events industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 4–7 years' experience in partner management, account management, or B2B sales.
