Job summary

Site Management and Supervision: Oversee all architectural & Fit-out works on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Monitor the progress of construction activities, ensuring timely execution. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards are maintained for architectural works. Conduct inspections to verify adherence to designs, specifications, and codes. Coordination: Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve any conflicts on-site. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Technical Support: Provide solutions for architectural challenges encountered during construction. Prepare and submit RFIs (Request for Information) for design clarifications. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed site reports and records of work progress. Prepare and submit regular updates to the project management team. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols at all times. Verify compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in site supervision and management.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods and techniques.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience in Fit-Out with high standard is a MUST
• Exposure to high end projects
