Development Experts Group is seeking a passionate and driven Technical Office Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a key part in bridging design and execution, ensuring that all technical aspects of our projects are well-studied, accurately documented, and aligned with production and site requirements.

Job Requirements
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for wood and steel materials based on project drawings and specifications
Study and analyze project drawings, tender documents, and specifications to fully understand project scope
Participate in the preparation and submission of project technical and financial proposals
Conduct cost estimation and pricing for materials, fabrication, and installation processes
Develop and issue shop drawings for wood and steel works using AutoCAD and/or other design software
Coordinate with the production team to ensure shop drawings are feasible and aligned with manufacturing capabilities
Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and client or consultant feedback
Prepare cutting lists and material schedules in line with production requirements
Support procurement by specifying materials, quantities, and delivery schedules
Assist in project planning and execution by providing technical support and resolving design-related issues
Ensure all drawings and documents comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
Maintain proper documentation and records for all technical office activities
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients for approvals and clarification
