We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our fast-paced business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and handle the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
Build creative sourcing channels to attract top candidates, especially for critical roles.
Conduct different types of interviews (competency-based, panel, technical, and structured).
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Support mass hiring for both blue- and white-collar roles, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the FMCG sector.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Practical experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, universities, social media).
Knowledge of different interview techniques & assessment methods.
Very good command of English (spoken & written).
Strong communication & stakeholder coordination skills.
HR diploma, workshop, or certification is a plus.
Proactive mindset, always suggesting new ideas for talent acquisition and employer branding.
