Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Automate provisioning, scaling, and maintenance using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing, security scans, and quality gates.
- Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog; manage logging via ELK, Loki, Fluentd.
- Set up proactive alerting, conduct capacity planning, load testing, and cost optimization.
- Design fault-tolerant, highly available systems and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Enforce security best practices (IAM, secrets, network policies) and ensure compliance via scanning and standards.
- Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and document runbooks and post-mortems.
- Mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive adoption of modern DevOps tools and practices.
- Promote DevOps culture, shift-left testing, and continuous improvement.
