Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role, with at least 3+ years in Odoo implementation and customization. • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, including Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Manufacturing, HR, and eCommerce. • Hands-on experience with Odoo development tools, such as Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL for custom module development and modifications. • Familiarity with Odoo deployment options (cloud, on-pr emise, or Odoosh) and integration with APIs, payment gateways, and external systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to

work independently on complex implementations. • Strong communication skills for client interactions, documentation, and reporting progress to the supervisor. • Must hold at least one official Odoo certification (e.g., Odoo Functional Consultant Certification, Odoo Developer Certification, or version-specific certifications like Odoo 16/17), awarded to individuals who have successfully passed Odoo’s rigorous exams, validating expertise in the platform. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with multiple Odoo versions (e.g., Odoo 14, 15, 16, or later) and upgrading legacy systems. • Background in project management tools or agile methodologies to streamline implementations. • Portfolio of past Odoo projects, including case studies or references from successful implementations. • Additional certifications in related technologies (e.g., Python, ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
