Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Excellent Italian Language proficiency in writing and speaking.
- Proven experience in business analysis and software testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements.
- Create process models, use cases, and user stories to support development and testing.
- Support project planning, scope definition, and prioritization of features.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and specifications.
- Execute functional, regression and integration testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues.
- Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
