We are seeking an experienced Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and technical performance of facilities and assets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and civil infrastructure.
• Supervise and coordinate teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and efficient execution of O&M activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Monitor asset performance and introduce improvement initiatives to maximize uptime and extend asset lifecycle.
• Control budgets, costs, and resources to meet operational and financial targets.
• Prepare technical and operational reports for management and clients.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and accountability within the O&M team.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to maintain effective communication and service delivery.
