Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Deliver accurate financial analysis, variance reports, and performance insights to support senior management decisions.
Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategies, investments, and growth opportunities.
Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and present management reporting packs for leadership.
Support strategic projects such as fundraising and new market entry with financial insights.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Job Requirements
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in fast-growing startups or dynamic environments preferred.
Skills:
Advanced financial modeling & Excel skills.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
Certifications: CFA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
