We are expanding our Telesales team and are now hiring Telesales Openers to handle the first stage of our sales development process. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy cold calling, and want to grow in inside sales and lead generation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls (warm leads + cold calling).
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
- Engage potential clients with clear and persuasive communication.
- Transfer qualified prospects to closers/sales managers.
- Record all activities in CRM (lead generation, follow-ups, call notes).
- Support the
- sales development team in achieving monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, call center, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred).
- Strong skills in lead generation and handling cold calls.
- Excellent English communication (B2+).
- Goal-oriented and motivated by sales performance.
- Resilient, proactive, and confident when speaking to prospects.
