With a social media presence of over 2 million followers and one of the largest LinkedIn groups in the world (Dubai Recruitment – 1.39M+ members), we are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Revenue Specialist to help us grow further.
💼 What You'll Be Doing
- Engage members of our LinkedIn and Facebook groups and convert them into paying advertisers
- Reach out to businesses in Canada and globally to sell banner ad space on our mobile apps (2SOOQ, HalalDil, etc.)
- Support affiliate marketing efforts using platforms like CJ Affiliate, ClickBank, Rakuten, etc.
- Promote and sell our LinkYou.Marketing packages (website development, app creation, social media services)
- Help grow our mailing list and convert group members to users on websites like DubaiRec.com
- Track activities using Hubstaff and collaborate via Microsoft Teams
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English
- Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by results
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, or digital sales
- Comfortable working remotely and under a tracking system (Hubstaff)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn groups, email marketing tools (Mailchimp/HubSpot), and affiliate platforms is a big plus
