About Mantrac Egypt: Mantrac Egypt, a leader in machinery and equipment solutions, is looking for an Oracle Fusion Expert with a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM). Manufacturing Experience and\or Logistics (WMS, OTM, GTM) experience is a plus. If you have a proven track record in successful ERP deployments, particularly in SCM in heavy equipment domain, and you possess extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Oracle Fusion SCM Implementation: Lead and actively participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management module, with a strong focus on order to cash processes as well as supply planning and demand planning.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the SCM solution aligns with the company's supply chain needs.
  • Solution Development: Design, customize, and develop SCM solutions within Oracle Fusion to meet business requirements, including procurement, inventory management, order management, supply planning, and demand forecasting.
  • System Integration: Integrate the SCM module with other ERP components and external systems as required, ensuring seamless coordination between them.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the SCM system operates efficiently, meeting quality and performance standards.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SCM system.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and system processes.
  • Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support and resolve system issues, providing timely solutions and updates as needed.
  • ERP Deployment: Utilize your extensive experience in Oracle Fusion and SCM by actively participating in the deployment of ERP systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and Oracle Fusion updates and recommend improvements to optimize the SCM module.
  • Business Partnership – the role holder will be working with the Prime Equipment (Power, Construction and Mining) and Core Procurement functions as a partner.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion's Supply Chain Management module. Manufacturing experience and\or Logistics experience (WMS, OTM, GTM) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in successfully deploying at least two ERP systems, with a focus on SCM.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM concepts, processes, best practices.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications, including customization and configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in supply chain settings.
  • Oracle certifications in Fusion or SCM are a plus.
