What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of large-scale Google Ads budgets (USD 20,000 – 80,000/month).
- Design and execute winning campaign strategies to maximize ROI and minimize costs.
- Run A/B tests, optimize targeting and bidding, and refine creatives for better results.
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, sales, and tech teams to boost conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display).
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking (GA4, GTM).
- Background in agencies or international campaigns is a strong plus.
