About The Job Storekeeper

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review monthly reports (inbound, outbound, tracking trucks) and verify truck quantities upon receipt at the warehouse/delivery to customers.
• Handle daily preparation and distribution of shipment quantities and receipts to relevant warehouses / review customer receipt confirmation.
• Follow up on operational matters after hours when needed (via phone or WhatsApp).
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipment handling and products inspections.
• Conduct thorough checks on quality, quantity, and specification of all received materials.
• Monitor stock movements and conduct regular audits
  
  

Education & Work Experience

• University degree.
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
• Excellent in MS Office .
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good English (written & verbal)
  
  

Working Days: From Saturday till Thursday

Working Hours: From 9 to 5
