Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information on travel services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves handling customer accounts, updating customer records, processing transactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our travel services and policies.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective resolutions
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Travel, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous
