What You’ll Do

• Handle customer inquiries in English & Spanish through phone, email, or chat.
• Support with orders, billing, returns, and general inquiries.
• Deliver an outstanding customer-first experience every time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Work on rotational shifts, 5 days a week.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish & English (B2+/C1 level minimum).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on-site and in a dynamic environment.
