We’re looking for a Finance Team Lead to join our office in Saudi Arabia. If you’re passionate about accounting, compliance, and team leadership, this is your chance to take on a pivotal role in our growing Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL) and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Manage monthly and annual closing processes in line with reporting deadlines.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for the Saudi entity and provide variance analysis.
Develop management reporting packs and presentations for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with Saudi financial reporting standards, VAT, Zakat, WHT, and Income Tax.
Perform bank, AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Lead the annual audit process and act as the main point of contact with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
Monitor cash flow and support banking operations.
Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team.
Support FP&A with budgeting and required data.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
6+ years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a senior role.
Prior experience in the Saudi market is a must.
Professional certification (CPA, CMA, IFRS, ACCA) preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
