Role Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive community growth across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media performance data, track KPIs, and generate reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for social media campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar dedicated social media role.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, visual content ideation, and basic video editing for social.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and community engagement skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital storytelling.
