Purpose of the role:
The purpose of the role is to manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services. This role is critical to supporting operational efficiency, optimizing supplier relationships, and delivering significant value to the organization in line with its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sourcing of materials and services as per project requirements.
· Evaluation of suppliers and mitigation of supply risks.
· Strong price analysis skills.
· Solid understanding of logistics processes and INCOTERMS.
· Ability to establish business relationships with suppliers.
· Contract management, including negotiation of contracts and AMCs.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
· Good knowledge of JD Edwards, Oracle, or SAP.
· Very good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
