- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including FIDIC-based contracts, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, and JV arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in all contracts.
- Support tendering and bidding processes by evaluating contractual risks and advising on mitigation strategies.
- Maintain detailed contract records, logs, and correspondence in accordance with company and project requirements.
- Assist in contract claims preparation, dispute resolution, and variation/change order management.
- Interface with project teams, legal counsel, commercial departments, and clients for contract-related matters.
- Interpret contract terms and conditions to project teams and management.
- Ensuring the internal Sales (LoA) process in collaboration with the relevant interface partners and carry it out.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of FIDIC, Saudi Procurement regulation etc. will be add on
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools

- Bilingual English & Arabic
