Opportunity Overview
Our client is a fast-growing, internationally operating company specialising in high-quality product distribution across multiple channels. They are renowned for delivering seamless supply chain solutions, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment for both B2B and direct-to-consumer (D2C) markets.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a global supply chain operation. You will directly contribute to operational accuracy, freight coordination, and continuous improvement of fulfilment processes.
As a pivotal member of our client’s supply chain team, you will ensure that shipments are tracked, reconciliations are completed, and operational reporting is maintained to the highest standard.
Role Description
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client’s team.
If you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to execute tasks independently in a fast-paced operations environment, this could be the role for you.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on freight bookings, 3PL coordination, and operational reporting, ensuring the smooth movement of goods and accurate reconciliation of supply chain data. This position suits a focused, process-driven professional who thrives on accuracy, consistency, and execution rather than heavy stakeholder interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Freight Coordination – Manage freight bookings via shared inbox, track shipments, and update internal systems.
- 3PL Management & Reconciliation – Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations, resolve discrepancies, and monitor on-hold or delayed items.
- Reporting & Data Management – Pull daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to track fulfilment performance and cost efficiency.
- Invoice Auditing – Complete monthly audits of 3PL invoices and conduct basic data reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Process Accuracy & Compliance – Maintain detailed operational records, follow structured workflows, and contribute to process improvements across supply chain operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Supply Chain or Logistics Experience – 3–5 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or operational roles within fast-paced environments.
- Data & Reporting Skills – Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills with the ability to reconcile and analyse operational data.
- Process-Driven & Detail-Oriented – Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in reporting, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Operational Understanding – Knowledge of freight, inventory, and 3PL processes within either a large company or startup environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- E-commerce or Multichannel Fulfilment Exposure – Familiarity with D2C, B2B, or e-commerce order workflows.
- Process Optimisation Experience – Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency in reporting or operational workflows.
