Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop the overall social media strategy & content calendar.
• Define campaign goals (awareness, engagement, app downloads, etc.).
• Identify the right platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter/X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for your target audience.
• Plan organic content, influencer collaborations, and paid ads under one roadmap.

2. Execution & Team Coordination

• Assign tasks to designers, copywriters, media buyers, and community managers.
• Ensure content creation (videos, graphics, captions) is on track with deadlines.
• Coordinate with performance marketing team for ad launches and budgets.
• Oversee daily posting, engagement, and response management.

3. Monitoring & Optimization

• Track performance across all platforms (organic + paid).
• Analyze reach, engagement, CTR, downloads, and conversion metrics.
• Adjust strategy based on results (optimize posting times, boost top content, etc.).

4. Team Leadership

• Act as the point of accountability for the marketing department.
• Hold weekly check-ins with the team to track deliverables.
• Ensure designers, ad managers, and content creators are aligned with campaign goals.
• Report directly to founders/management with results and insights.

5. Innovation & Growth

• Keep up with trends (e.g., TikTok/Reels formats, memes, influencer waves).
• Suggest new campaign ideas to boost virality and engagement.
• Identify partnerships with influencers and pages relevant to your audience.

Qualifications

• 
  Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Content Strategy and Writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
