Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Medical Account Manager, located in Maadi. The Medical Account Manager will manage client accounts, develop and maintain relationships with
insurance companies, TPS'a, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, processing claims, coordinating with medical professionals, and overseeing policy renewals and modifications. The role also involves conducting market research to identify new opportunities and providing consultative services to clients.
Qualifications
- Account management, client relationship development, and customer service skills
- Experience in handling medical claims and coordinating with healthcare providers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform market research and identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using insurance-related software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the medical field, is a must
- Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as travel when necessary
