The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping clients navigate the real estate market in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers, to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized services.
• Property Listings: Assist in listing properties for sale and rent, ensuring all information is up to date and accurately represented.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and regulations within the Dubai real estate market.
• Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, offering guidance on features and benefits of properties.
• Negotiation: Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations to

• ensure a successful transaction.
• Paperwork and Documentation: Assist clients with all necessary paperwork, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Marketing: Use various marketing channels to promote available properties, including online listings, social media, and networking.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or renting process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai (preferred but not required).
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends and property values.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Real Estate license (RERA certification) is a plus.
