What You’ll Do:
- Provide daily administrative support to the team and management
- Manage schedules, emails, and communications efficiently
- Conduct internet research and prepare reports as required
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth business operations
- Daily expert signups
- Sending daily reach-out emails
- Cold calling relevant experts
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online tools
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Prior virtual assistance or administrative experience preferred
