Fintech Warehouse Agent, High-level Role:
The Warehouse Agent will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the inventory and stock movements within the warehouse. This includes ensuring that all incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed efficiently and accurately. The agent will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with various teams to facilitate seamless delivery operations. Additionally, they will address any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the stock movement process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
You will be responsible for:
- Management: Monitor stock levels for accuracy and availability.
- Deliveries: Process incoming and outgoing deliveries efficiently.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies.
- Coordination: Work with teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve discrepancies during stock movement.
- Efficiency: Implement strategies to improve warehouse operations.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety regulations in the warehouse.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on inventory and operational performance.
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
- Graduates Only.
- 2+ experience as a warehouse agent.
- 1+ experience in dealing with warehouse and inventory systems.
- Experience in dealing with Google suits is a plus.
- Experience in FinTech is a plus.
