With 7 offices in Egypt, we are looking for Education Advisors that match our ambitions, fit into our wonderful team and can support our mission of supporting students through the steps of studying overseas.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Advisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The Education Advisor will provide guidance to students and their families on educational opportunities, including university admissions and courses available. Specific tasks include conducting consultations, answering inquiries, assisting with application processes, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational programs, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Ability to work under pressure, targets and monthly goals. This is a role where the Education Counsellor is expected to make numerous calls to prospects and discuss study in thr UK options to partner Universities we represent.
Qualifications
- Skills in Sales and customer follow up
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Consulting
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the higher education sector or similar field is a plus
