Ship & C.R.E.W is a leading company in logistics and container transport. We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative Marketing Specialist with strong design expertise to help us bring our brand to life.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop visual concepts based on requirements, briefs, or discussions.
Create digital and print designs such as logos, brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, banners, packaging, etc.
Create and edit engaging video content for social media platforms, campaigns, and internal/external presentations.
Manage the full creative process from concept development to final delivery.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Contribute innovative ideas for content strategies to drive engagement and audience growth.
Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in marketing, multimedia, or creative content roles.
Proven proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut or similar).
Familiarity with social media trends and content optimization strategies.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
