Job Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with international trade laws, regulations, and embargoes imposed by various countries.
• Ensure compliance with these regulations when preparing and processing export documentation, including export licenses, customs declarations, and shipping documents.
• Prepare and maintain accurate export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure that all required export documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within specified timeframes.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities, including working with customs brokers or

• agents to ensure smooth clearance of goods at the border.
• Provide excellent customer service to export clients, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate ongoing business and repeat orders.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: B.Sc. in Business Administration.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience.
• Language: Very good level of English & Arabic.
• Computer skills: Advanced Microsoft computer skills
