Job Purpose:
Plan and supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor supply chain and logistics operations.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer
- requirements.
- Prepare and supervise accurate reports for upper management.
- Perform market research to always have competitive ocean freight prices
- Supervise the activities of the logistics team to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of services
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any Discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience in food industry (Fresh and Frozen food is preferred).
Experience:
- minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Logistics ( Export ) field.
Skills:
- Excellent excellent customer service skills.
- Target and Objective driven Attitude.
- Computer literate and excellent written and oral communication skills (Fluency in English language is a must).
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to continuous improvement and the proven ability to move the business forward.
